The triple-layer base helps distribute heat evenly across the bottom of the pan, meaning high heat is unnecessary for effective cooking. For best results, use the pan on a low heat to help prevent food from sticking.
When using the pan on a gas hob, ensure the flame does not extend beyond the base of the pan. On an electric hob, the hob diameter should be equal to or smaller than the diameter of the pan.
🍝 Cooking & Care
Some starchy foods, including pasta and rice, may cause staining on the internal surface during cooking. These marks can be removed by rubbing the affected area with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or vinegar, or by using a suitable stainless steel polishing paste.
