⚠️ Product Use & Responsibility

To get the best performance and lifespan from your product, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines provided.

If issues arise due to incorrect setup, misuse, or lack of maintenance, this may affect your eligibility for a return or warranty claim.

Petrol Equipment:
Please ensure the correct fuel and oil are used at all times. Running a machine without oil or proper maintenance can lead to damage and may affect warranty coverage.

📦 Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help:

  • Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours)

  • Send photos and keep all packaging

  • Avoid installing or using the item until we’ve reviewed it

✔️ We will arrange the most suitable solution, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

🔧 In some cases, we may need to inspect the item to confirm the issue.


🕒 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of delivery.

What to do:

  • Let us know within 14 days

  • Return the item within a further 14 days

Conditions:

  • Items should be unused and in resaleable condition

  • Returned with original packaging and components where possible

Refunds:

  • Processed within 14 days of receiving the return

  • Includes standard delivery costs if the full order is returned

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty

💡 We may make a small deduction if the item has been handled more than necessary.


↩️ Unwanted Returns

If you’ve changed your mind:

  • Please avoid using or installing the item

  • Contact us within the 14-day period

  • You can return it yourself or request collection (a fee may apply)

We aim to accept returns wherever possible, but items should be in a resaleable condition with all parts included.


🛠️ Faults After Use

Within 30 Days
You are entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Or refund

After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months)
We will:

  • Repair or replace the item

  • Offer a refund or partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved

After 6 Months
We’re still here to help. If an issue arises, we’ll assess the product and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy depending on the nature of the fault.

🚫 Normal wear and tear is not covered.


🏪 In-Store Returns

For purchases made in-store:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days

  • Please bring your receipt

  • Items should be unused and in original packaging

We’ll do our best to offer:

  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Exchange

  • Store credit


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Unless faulty, we’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personal hygiene products once opened

  • Software, DVDs, CDs with broken seals

  • Paint or sealed products once opened

  • Clearance, ex-display, or sold-as-seen items

⚠️ Installed items may not be eligible for return unless a fault is present.


🔧 Repairs & Assessments

  • Repairs are completed within a reasonable timeframe

  • Occasionally delays may occur due to parts availability

If a product is found to have been damaged through misuse or if no fault is identified, a repair or assessment fee may apply — we’ll always communicate this clearly in advance.

♻️ In some cases, refurbished parts or replacements may be used.


💾 Data Protection (Repairs)

If your product stores personal data:

  • Please back up your data before returning

  • Remove any sensitive information where possible

While care is taken, we cannot guarantee data retention during repairs.


🚚 Delivery Damage

If your delivery arrives damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • Keep all packaging

  • Provide photos to help us resolve the issue quickly


⚖️ Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights are fully protected under Irish and EU law.

This means products must:

  • Be of acceptable quality

  • Be fit for purpose

  • Match their description

  • Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned goods
