Return a Product

Returning your Keans item is quick and painless. We are pleased to offer a full refund within 30 days.

  • If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive, we will replace the goods free of charge.
  • We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange under this policy on the following items: gift cards, large domestic appliances, kitchen appliances where installation has already begun, personal hygiene products & headphones.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items unless faulty.
  • If you do not want a replacement, delivery charges may be incurred to collect the item from you.
  • Do not install any damaged items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us by emailing Returns@keanscm.ie or by phone on 094 9362700.
  • In the event that goods are received in a damaged state please retain the product together with any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • In the case of an item being faulty we may require an inspection by a manufacturer's qualified engineer to be carried out on the item in the location where it is installed. This is so the nature of the fault can be ascertained before we can arrange for a replacement.

4. Once your item(s) has been received and checked, a refund will be applied to the debit/credit card used to pay once we’ve processed it – you’ll also get an email

What if my item is faulty?
We’re really sorry about this. Please contact our Customer Service team at marketing@keanscm.ie to let us know about the issue and so that we can help accordingly. All faulty items must be reported to us within 48 hours.

Can I return the item in store?
Yes, we do allow items purchased online to be returned in store. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

Can I change my order?
If you’ve made an order and would like to amend this (if you changed your mind or forgot to add an item, for example), unfortunately we will not be able to amend this for you. Instead, we will have to cancel the order and issue you a full refund. From there, you will need to make a brand new order.
