Online Returns Policy
If your goods are damaged or faulty, we will replace the goods free of charge.
If you do not want a replacement, delivery charges may be incurred to collect the item from you.
Do not install any damaged items. This counts as acceptance of goods and the item is then non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 094 9362700.
In the event that goods are received in a damaged state please retain the product together with any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
In the case of an item being faulty we may require an inspection by a manufacturer's qualified engineer to be carried out on the item in the location where it is installed. This is so the nature of the fault can be ascertained before we can arrange for a replacement.

You have a statutory right to return unopened goods up to 7 days after receiving your order (“the cooling off period”). If you are not ordering a replacement, a charge may be incurred to collect the item from you.
You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 7 days, starting the day after delivery. Please by email Marketing@keanscm.ie or phone on 094 9362700 to advise.
You have the choice of returning the goods via your own means (Keans Claremorris, Mount Street Claremorris Co Mayo Ieland, F12 Y642), or requesting that we collect them.
If you request collection, we will collect the goods on the next available date that one of our delivery vehicles is in your area.
You have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage that may have occurred during this period.
We reserve the right to apply re-handling charges for returned items under some circumstances:
The goods received back are 'as new' but incomplete; i.e. missing components and/or accessories.
The returned products are missing their original packaging.
The cancellation was requested after the 7 day notification period.
We do not accept returns and will not provide refunds under the following circumstances:
The goods you wish to return are in any condition other than 'as new'.
The goods have been installed and/or used.
Cables have been cut or terminated.
Refunds will be reimbursed within 30 working days of the cancellation date.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak times, there maybe a delay due to over capacity with courier services.
All large home appliances, IE Fridge freezers/Washing Machines/Dryers/cookers etc can take 5-7 days for nationwide delivery. If you wish to send back your old appliance after purchase, please make sure the item is disconnected and ready for return. You will receive a text on the day of delivery with an estimated time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Gift Cards: In-Store Physical Gift Vouchers posted for free. in-store physical gift vouchers can only be used in store.
Paint can only be delivered locally, please contact the Paint Department to arrange this.
Garden Plants are Local Delivery Only (40km Radius of our Store).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Keans Claremorris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (DPD / DHL ) to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of The Republic of Ireland.

Our Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. Unfortunately we cannot offer Free Returns at the moment. Subject to the terms set out below, when you purchase online or by phone you have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days after the goods are received by you.
You then have a further fourteen (14) days to return the goods to us following your notification to us of your intent to return the goods.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. You may examine the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning but you must not start using them, install them or input any data/software onto them.
Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them.

In the interests of hygiene, haircare, electric blankets, headphones and Bluetooth headsets cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging. Items such as DVDs, CDs, memory cards and software must still be sealed.
If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card the silver strip on the back of the card must be fully intact as new.
