Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
- During busy periods, processing and delivery times may be extended due to courier demand.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Items (DPD): 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Large Appliances & TVs (65”+): 7–10 working days for nationwide delivery
- Seeds (An Post): 5–7 working days

Large Appliance Deliveries
- You will receive a text message in advance with an estimated delivery time.
- If returning an old appliance, it must be fully disconnected and ready for collection.
- Delivery Does Not Include Installation or Unboxing of Item.
- We Offer Installation Service in our Local Area at an Additional Cost - Please Contact us at Help@keanscm.ie for more info.
For large appliance & bulky item deliveries, before we arrive you will need to make sure of the following:
- Access is clear to the area where you want your appliance or item delivered.
- The appliance will fit into the available space and through any doorways or passages.
- Delivery does not include installation or unboxing of the appliance/item.
- Old appliances must be uninstalled and ready for removal if required.
- Please note: deliveries to a 2nd floor with no lift access will incur additional charges.
- All large appliances must be uninstalled and ready for collection if required.
Due to Scheduling Issues Drivers cannot wait on site for additional time if above was not ensured.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Standard rates include:
- Standard: €6.99
- Medium: €9.99
- Large Items: €29.99
- TV's 50''+ Size: €29.99
- Home Appliances (Nationwide): €29.99
- American Fridge Freezers / Ranges: €49.99
- Seeds: €1.99
- Local Delivery Only Items Calculated at Checkout.
Delivery Restrictions
- Paint: Local delivery only (contact store to arrange)
- Garden Plants: Delivery within a 40km radius only
- Items marked “Local Delivery Only” are not available for nationwide shipping
- Large appliances and bulky items cannot be shipped outside Ireland Currently.
- Delivery Of Large Appliances & Bulky Items does not Include Installation and/or Unboxing of Items.

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and January Sales. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
Large & Bulky Items are sent with a Large Items Carrier and they will contact you directly with an estimated Time. This may take 48 - 72 Hours.
Damaged or Lost Items
- Keans Claremorris is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim.
- Retain all packaging and damaged goods for inspection.
International Shipping
- We deliver across all 32 counties in Ireland.
- Most items can be shipped to EU countries, with rates calculated at checkout.
- Large appliances and bulky items cannot be shipped outside Ireland.
Returns Policy
Your Right to Cancel
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase.
- After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned:
- In original packaging
- With all accessories and any free gifts
- You may inspect items but must not:
- Use, install, or configure them
- You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods.
Return Costs
- We currently do not offer free returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind unless unopened and sealed:
- Haircare products
- Electric blankets
- Headphones & Bluetooth headsets
- DVDs, CDs, memory cards, and software
Software Activation Key Cards:
- The scratch-off strip must be fully intact.
Manufacturer Support Google Fitbit
- Faults must be reported through the Google Support App.
- Google will troubleshoot and arrange repair or replacement if required.
Gift Cards
- Physical gift vouchers are posted for €1.99.
- These vouchers are redeemable in-store only.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
