'Charlotte' is a second early salad variety producing yellow skinned waxy new potatoes with a creamy flesh of excellent flavour. Perfect freshly boiled or steamed while also delicious cold in an early summer salad. A very popular and tasty variety.
We also hold back some Charlotte seed for Summer planting by keeping them refrigerated to prevent sprouting. This seed can be planted in mid Summer for harvest from October onwards. If you have a well drained garden or polytunnel potatoes can be left in the ground for a Christmas harvest.
