Learn more about your legal guarantee rights
Legal guarantee
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.
For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees
What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:
- Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.
Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.

🌟 Key Features & Benefits
✅ Tap That Does It All – Boiling, Sparkling, Chilled & Filtered
With the CUBE, your Quooker tap delivers 100°C boiling water, chilled filtered water, and refreshing sparkling water – all from a single, sleek fixture.
✅ Simple, Safe Operation
-
Dispense sparkling water: Press and turn simultaneously. The familiar light ring now flashes blue to indicate sparkling water.
-
Dispense filtered chilled water: Hold the button slightly longer, then turn.
-
Smart safety: Impossible to dispense boiling water when drawing sparkling or chilled water.
✅ Goodbye Plastic Bottles
Enjoy bottled-quality water without the waste. The CUBE reduces your reliance on single-use plastics, helping protect the environment and saving money.
✅ Discreet, Under-Sink Installation
Fits neatly alongside your Quooker tank in the kitchen cabinet, taking up minimal space.
⚙ How It Works
-
The CUBE unit is installed beneath your kitchen sink, connected to your Quooker tap and tank.
-
It houses one or two high-performance filters that make your water just as pure as shop-bought bottled water.
-
A connected CO₂ cylinder supplies up to 60 litres of sparkling water, giving you plenty of fizzy refreshment right from your tap.
🔄 Easy Maintenance & Long-Lasting Filters
-
CO₂ Cylinders: Each delivers approx. 60 litres of sparkling water. When the flow slows or bubbles fade, simply swap in a new cylinder.
-
Filters: Last roughly 12 months. When the tank beeps, it’s time to replace them for continued purity.
-
Eco Return: Send empty CO₂ cylinders back to Quooker free of charge.
