With the Pyrex Classic 3L Mixing Bowl, you can rely on an ultra-resistant, hygienic material made from borosilicate glass that is scratch-resistant, BPA-free, and doesn't retain odours or stains. This baking basic is designed to support extreme temperatures from -40°C to +220°C, with thermal shock resistance up to 220°C. It can be safely used for melting ingredients in the microwave or chilling mixtures in the freezer, and it's guaranteed to be safe for use in the oven, microwave, and freezer for up to 10 years.
