Narcissus (Daffodil) ‘Great Leap’ – Bulk 20kg
Two-tone double blooms for stunning spring displays.
Narcissus ‘Great Leap’ features elegant two-tone yellow double flowers that bring a fresh and vibrant look to borders, containers, and floral arrangements. This variety is not only eye-catching but also makes a wonderful cut flower thanks to its sturdy stems and long-lasting blooms.
Flowering in March to April, the flowers grow to approximately 40cm (16") tall. Bulbs are sized 12-14 cm and should be planted at twice their depth in well-drained soil, in a sunny or partially shaded position. About Daffodils (Narcissus)
Daffodils are iconic spring bulbs known for their cheerful and vibrant blooms, marking the arrival of warmer days. Native to Europe and North Africa and belonging to the Amaryllidaceae family, they have become beloved garden staples worldwide and hold special significance as the National Flower of Wales.
Characterised by their trumpet-shaped flowers surrounded by six petal-like tepals, daffodils come in shades of yellow, white, orange, and even pink. Their resilience, deer resistance, and ease of cultivation make them perfect for both formal gardens and naturalised landscapes. They thrive in well-drained soil and sunny to partially shaded areas, reliably naturalising and returning year after year.
Perfect for gardeners, landscapers, and growers seeking high-quality, reliable bulbs in bulk.
