Experience premium OLED picture quality in a versatile screen size with the LG OLED42C64LA.AEI 42-inch C6 OLED evo AI 4K Smart TV.

Part of LG's advanced 2026 C6 OLED evo range, this television combines individually controlled OLED pixels, intelligent AI processing and impressive gaming features.

Unlike conventional LED televisions, LG OLED uses self-lit pixels that can switch off completely to produce perfect black levels. This creates exceptional contrast, rich colours and detailed images for films, streaming, sport and gaming.

Powered by the α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 with Dual AI Engine, the LG C6 intelligently enhances picture quality and sound, while α11 AI Super Upscaling 4K helps improve the appearance of lower-resolution content.

With Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, webOS 26, an included AI Magic Remote and VRR gaming up to 165Hz, the LG OLED42C64LA is an excellent choice for customers seeking premium entertainment without a large-screen television.

Stunning 42-Inch OLED evo Picture Quality

Enjoy outstanding picture quality on the LG C6's 42-inch OLED evo 4K Ultra HD display.

With a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels, the television delivers detailed images for films, television programmes, documentaries, sport and gaming.

Its compact size makes it ideal for spaces where a larger television would be impractical, without sacrificing premium OLED picture technology.

Perfect Black with Self-Lit OLED Pixels

One of the LG C6's standout features is Perfect Black.

Unlike conventional LED televisions that rely on a separate backlight, OLED pixels produce their own light.

Each pixel can illuminate, adjust its brightness or switch off completely.

This enables:

• Deep, precise black levels

• Outstanding contrast

• Detailed dark scenes

• Reduced light leakage around bright objects

• Rich, lifelike colours

• Impressive viewing angles

Whether you're watching a dark thriller or a colourful nature documentary, self-lit OLED helps create a captivating picture.

Perfect Colour & Pixel Dimming

The LG C6 combines Perfect Colour with precise Pixel Dimming.

Perfect Colour helps deliver rich, accurate colours across a wide range of viewing conditions.

Pixel Dimming allows individual OLED pixels to be controlled independently, providing precise contrast without conventional LED backlight zones.

Together, these technologies create detailed images with impressive depth and realism.

α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 with Dual AI Engine

At the heart of the LG OLED42C64LA is the α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 with Dual AI Engine.

This advanced processor analyses content to help optimise picture and sound quality.

Its technologies include:

• α11 AI Super Upscaling 4K: Enhances lower-resolution content.

• Dual AI Engine: Advanced intelligent image processing.

• AI Picture Pro: Intelligent picture optimisation.

• Dynamic Tone Mapping Ultra: Refined HDR detail and contrast.

• AI HDR Remastering: Enhances the appearance of supported content.

• α11 AI Sound Pro: Creates a more spacious listening experience.

• AI Object Remastering Ultra: Intelligent audio enhancement.

Together, these features help deliver refined entertainment across films, sport, streaming and gaming.

α11 AI Super Upscaling 4K

Not every television programme or film is available in native 4K.

LG's α11 AI Super Upscaling 4K helps improve the appearance of lower-resolution content when displayed on the OLED screen.

This is particularly useful for television broadcasts, older films and compatible streaming services.

Upscaling improves image presentation but does not convert the original source into genuine native 4K content.

Dolby Vision, HDR10 & HLG

Enjoy compatible high dynamic range entertainment with support for:

• Dolby Vision

• HDR10

• HLG

Dolby Vision uses dynamic picture information to help optimise supported films and television programmes.

Combined with OLED's exceptional black levels and Dynamic Tone Mapping Ultra, HDR helps deliver impressive highlights, rich colours and detailed cinematic scenes.

FILMMAKER MODE

The LG C6 includes FILMMAKER MODE, designed to display supported films using picture settings that more closely reflect the filmmaker's original creative intent.

It's an excellent choice for movie enthusiasts who prefer natural, cinema-inspired picture quality.

Advanced Gaming – 120Hz Native with VRR Up to 165Hz

The LG OLED42C64LA is particularly appealing for gaming.

Its native 120Hz OLED display supports variable refresh rates up to 165Hz with compatible gaming hardware.

Gaming features include:

• 120Hz Native Refresh Rate: Smooth, responsive gameplay.

• VRR Up to 165Hz: Helps reduce screen tearing.

• NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatibility: Smoother gaming with supported NVIDIA hardware.

• AMD FreeSync Compatibility: Smoother gaming with supported AMD hardware.

• Less Than 0.1ms Response Time: Fast OLED pixel response.

• Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM): Automatically activates responsive gaming settings.

• Dolby Vision Gaming at 4K 120Hz: Enhanced HDR gaming with compatible equipment.

• Game Optimiser: Convenient gaming picture controls.

• Game Dashboard: Adjust supported settings during gameplay.

• HGiG Mode: Helps optimise HDR presentation in compatible games.

All four HDMI inputs support compatible 4K 120Hz gaming, VRR and ALLM features.

Enjoy detailed 4K visuals, exceptional OLED contrast and smooth motion with compatible PlayStation, Xbox and gaming PC hardware.

NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync support help reduce screen tearing during compatible gameplay.
