Learn more about your legal guarantee rights
Legal guarantee
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.
For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees
What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:
- Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.
Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.

55-Inch QNED Mini LED Picture Quality
Experience vibrant 4K entertainment on the LG QNED72's 55-inch QNED Mini LED display.
Mini LED backlighting uses smaller LEDs to help provide more precise backlight control than conventional LED systems.
Combined with LG's Dynamic QNED Colour technology, it helps produce vivid colours and detailed images for a wide range of content.
The 55-inch screen size is ideal for living rooms, family entertainment areas and home cinema setups.
Dynamic QNED Colour
LG's Dynamic QNED Colour technology helps reproduce rich, natural-looking colours across films, television and gaming.
With certified 100% colour volume, the television is designed to maintain vibrant colour reproduction for an engaging viewing experience.
Whether you're watching a nature documentary, colourful animation or live sport, Dynamic QNED Colour helps bring scenes to life.
α7 AI Processor 4K Gen9
At the heart of the LG 55QNED72B6B is the α7 AI Processor 4K Gen9.
This intelligent processor analyses content to help optimise picture and sound performance.
Its capabilities include:

4K Super Upscaling

LG's 4K Super Upscaling helps improve the appearance of lower-resolution content on the 4K display.
This is especially useful when watching television broadcasts, older films and compatible streaming services.
Upscaling enhances image presentation but does not turn the original source into genuine native 4K material.
HDR10, HLG & Dynamic Tone Mapping
The LG QNED72 supports HDR10 and HLG high dynamic range formats.
With compatible content, HDR helps improve the presentation of contrast, brightness and detail.
Dynamic Tone Mapping adjusts picture presentation to help preserve detail across different scenes.

This feature is designed to display supported films using picture settings that more closely reflect the filmmaker's original creative intent.
It's ideal for customers who prefer a natural, authentic film presentation.
