43-Inch Nano 4K UHD Picture Quality

Enjoy your favourite entertainment on the LG NU85's 43-inch 4K Ultra HD LED display.

With a resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels, the television delivers detailed pictures for films, sport, documentaries and everyday viewing.

LG's Nano picture enhancement works alongside intelligent image processing to refine textures and help reveal more detail in supported content.

The 43-inch screen size is ideal for bedrooms, apartments, smaller living rooms and other spaces where a larger television may not be practical.

Nano Detail Enhancer

The LG NU85 features Nano Detail Enhancer, designed to refine picture contrast, clarity and texture.

Working with LG's α7 AI Processor, this technology helps bring greater definition to images for a more engaging viewing experience.

Whether you're watching a nature documentary, a dramatic film or live sport, Nano Detail Enhancer helps make everyday entertainment more enjoyable.

α7 AI Processor 4K Gen9

At the heart of the LG 43NU850B6LA is the α7 AI Processor 4K Gen9.

This intelligent processor analyses content to help optimise picture and sound quality.

Key technologies include:

• 4K Super Upscaling: Enhances the appearance of lower-resolution content.

• Dynamic Tone Mapping: Helps preserve detail in bright and dark scenes.

• AI HDR Remastering: Enhances the presentation of supported content.

• AI Picture Processing: Optimises images for different viewing experiences.

• AI Sound Pro: Creates a more spacious audio presentation.

Together, these features make the LG NU85 a versatile Smart TV for everyday home entertainment.

4K Super Upscaling

Not every television programme or film is available in native 4K.

LG's 4K Super Upscaling helps improve the appearance of lower-resolution material when displayed on the 4K screen.

This is especially useful for television broadcasts, older films and compatible streaming content.

Upscaling improves the presentation of the source but does not convert it into genuine native 4K material.

HDR10, HLG & Dynamic Tone Mapping

The LG NU85 supports HDR10 and HLG high dynamic range formats.

With compatible content, HDR helps improve the presentation of contrast, brightness and detail.

Dynamic Tone Mapping further adjusts picture presentation to help preserve detail across different scenes.

FILMMAKER MODE

Enjoy a more cinema-inspired viewing experience with FILMMAKER MODE.

This feature uses picture settings designed to display supported films closer to the filmmaker's intended appearance.

It's ideal for movie nights and customers who prefer a more natural film presentation.
