Use simply unclip the locking catch and push the opposite corners of the unit together to form a conventional box grater.

Secure the grater's position with the catch. Each side of the grater features a unique etched stainless-steel blade that effortlessly grates or slices various foods. The top handholds provide a safe grip while grating. When finished, fold and lock the unit for compact storage.

The design comes with its own protective sheath for the added blade – and finger – protection.
