This turner is specially designed to fit perfectly in small pans, whether you're browning meat or frying eggs. The flexible metal core is encased in heat-resistant silicone for use in hot pans and sheet pans straight from the oven. Beveled edges slip easily under food for lifting and flipping, while the head is sturdy enough to break up ground meat — all without scratching non-stick cookware.
