Place the stopper into the spout and pour in all the tasty pan juices from your roasted meat. A strainer will stop any unwanted bits, leaving just the flavourful juices. Allow the fat to rise to the top then remove the stopper and pour. The gravy liquid will come out first leaving the fat behind.
