How to Use
- Put some water and soap or baby shampoo into the bowl
- Find suitable collars and insert the brush into the spinner
- Dip and dunk the brush in the liquid for 10 seconds
- Turn on the spinner, spin the brush to clean
- Clean again with clear water
- Spin the brush to clean it in about 15 seconds
