Rosegarden is a new maincrop variety, bred in Northern Ireland, which produces good yields of oval shaped, pink tubers with shallow eyes. The cream coloured flesh has a firm dry texture that makes wonderful mash but it is also very suitable for chipping, boiling or roasting.
